Warranty & Return Policies

Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers anything related directly to the manufacturing process. With designs that include diamonds, there’s a risk of stone loss with normal wear and tear. Within four months, we will repair any damage up to $150. After four months, you are responsible for the cost of the repair.

We carefully inspect each ring to determine the cause of the damage and if the repair is covered under our warranty. For example, if we find a diamond is missing because a prong is broken or lifted, this is an indication the wearer damaged the ring and therefore, would not be covered under the warranty.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage. Custom-made pieces (including engagement rings and wedding bands) are created especially for you therefore may not be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer engagement ring refunds?

Due to each piece being custom, all sales are final.


Where do we ship items? International?

We currently only ship within the US.

How do you ship the ring?

We send all purchases from with Fedex overnight in an unmarked box.

Is the package insured? Do I need to sign for it?

Yes & yes! Your package is fully insured during transit and will require a signature.

When will I receive my online order?

We work as efficiently as possible and want to make sure your item matches our level of quality. Please give our team 3-4 weeks for any orders placed directly on our website.

Does it come with a ring box or do I have to get my own?

Your ring will come with a ring box.

How can I get my ring resized?

Yes! Your first resize is complementary and any resizes after are $50. We recommend not resizing too many times because it can hurt the structure of the ring. Keep in mind your ring size can fluctuate with the seasons and that’s totally normal!

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes, all our diamonds come with either GIA, IGI or EGL certification.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters is currently in Artesia, CA. If you're interesting in visiting us for an in-store appointment, please fill out our contact or appointment form to get in touch with a member of our team.


How does payment work?

Once you choose your diamond, we ask for a 30% deposit to ensure that the diamond is yours. We ask for a full payment day of pick up or right before shipping.

If your purchase is $12,000+, we will work with you to create an individualized payment plan. Full payment is due prior to shipment or pick up.
