Warranty Policy
Every Sonu Company piece is crafted with care in our atelier, and we stand behind that craftsmanship with a complimentary 120-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchased within the United States. Your warranty safeguards against defects in materials and workmanship — a loose diamond, a lifted prong, missing pavé, or a faulty clasp.
With designs that feature diamonds, there is always some risk of stone loss through everyday wear. Within 120 days from delivery, we will cover up to $200 toward the cost of repair. After that period, repair costs become the responsibility of the wearer.
Our warranty does not extend to the natural course of owning fine jewelry: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, cracked stones, or chains that have lost their shape. A missing diamond traced to a broken or lifted prong, for instance, indicates impact during wear and would fall outside of coverage. Each piece returned to our atelier is inspected closely so we can share any associated costs with you before any work begins.
If your piece is resized or repaired by another jeweler, we are unable to honor your original warranty. We can, however, always help with future care — please reach out to us first.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage.
Our custom-made pieces and made to order pieces (including engagement rings and wedding bands) are crafted especially for you therefore are not eligible for return or exchange. We offer one complimentary resize for all engagment rings and wedding bands.
Do you offer engagement ring refunds?
Each Sonu Company engagement ring is made to order, crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before ordering — our team is happy to walk you through styles, stones, and sizing to ensure your piece is exactly right.
To care for you beyond delivery, we offer one complimentary resize. Please note that any resizing, repair, or alteration performed by another jeweler will void your warranty.

Where do we ship items? International?
We currently only ship within the US.
How do you ship the ring?
We offer complimentary overnight shipping on all engagement rings. Once your order is delivered to your shipping courier, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking details. Please note, all of our packages are insured and will require a signature. Sonu Company is not responsible for unanticipated delays beyond our control.
Is the package insured? Do I need to sign for it?
Yes & yes! Your package is fully insured during transit and will require a signature. Sonu Company is not responsible for unanticipated delays beyond our control.

When will I receive my online order?
We work as efficiently as possible and want to make sure your item matches our level of quality. Please give our team 3-4 weeks for any orders placed directly on our website.
How to find my ring size?

Does it come with a ring box or do I have to get my own?
Your ring will come with a ring box.
How can I get my ring resized?
Yes! Your first resize is complementary and any resizes after are $50. We recommend not resizing too many times because it can hurt the structure of the ring. Keep in mind your ring size can fluctuate with the seasons and that’s totally normal!
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes, all our diamonds come with either GIA, IGI or EGL certification.

Payment
How does payment work?
For Sonu Company custom orders, a 30% deposit is required to secure your order and begin manufacturing your custom piece. Full payment is due day of pick up or before the item is shipped out.
If your purchase is $12,000+, we will work with you to create an individualized payment plan. Full payment is due prior to shipment or pick up.
Do you offer financing?
We have partnered with Affirm to offer financing!
